We run our own delivery service across East Devon, Parts or Somerset and Dorset. These deliveries are made in our vehicle and frozen items are delivered in poly boxes to ensure they stay frozen. We will help customers put away their shopping if and when required! And of course, if you have any specific requirements regarding your delivery, please do let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
This delivery service is only offered to DT7, EX13, EX24, DT6, DT8, TA17, TA18, TA19, TA20, EX12, EX8, EX9, EX10, EX11, EX14, postcodes. Our delivery days are postcode dependent. Please see below.

Yes, you will get an email by 0900 the day your order is due to be delivered with a 1 hour time slot. Theses timing are an estimate as a lot a factors goes in to running on time i.e. traffic. We will try our best to stick to these times and if we are running we will do our best to contact whose deliveries are effected.
We delivery all our orders by our self’s, carried out in our own vehicle.
We will leave it in the safe place that you put on delivery details or a place that we think is safe. We delivery all our frozen items in a polystyrene box to ensure it stays frozen.
If we do think that we can’t leave the order safely we will attempt another delivery that day, contact the customer, try a neighbour’s house or we will have to rearrange delivery for a different day.
You can cancel your order before 1600hrs the day before your delivery date, you’ll be refunded in full. However if you cancel after 1600hrs there will be a surcharge and this can be 50% off the cost of your order.
You may return any product in the extremely unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with it. However, we must insist that the product is unused and if a frozen item has remained frozen since first delivered in order for us to accept any returns. If you would like a refund, you must return the goods within 14 days of cancellation, complete with the original packaging to us at your own expense this can be sent or drop off to us instore during our opening times. If you choose to send us the goods please ensure the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. Upon receipt of any returns in good condition, we will then process your refund. Please bear in mind that any refund may take a couple of days to show in your account.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
If you need to return an item, simply email us with the product name, batch number and reason for return. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
It is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us. If this results in any damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
If there’s a problem with the goods, please notify us by email or in writing providing details of the problem within 24hrs of delivery. It’s helpful if you can provide us with a digital photograph of the problem as this normally saves you having to return the goods for inspection. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
